The Combine remnants are the remnants of the Universal Union on Earth. Made up majority of surviving Transhuman Overwatch soldiers - these killing machines roam the wildlands of Earth looking for any poor son of a bitch who was unlucky enough to come by them. They mostly operate in 3-5 man teams and have a love for ambushes.

There's not much to be said other than the fact they're still here and they're a forced to be reckoned with.
