Background Born in 1988 to her Canadian parents. Both lived in the once French-Canadian city of Quebec. During her childhood, she grew up in both English and French speaking areas, learning both languages early on. Once life on Earth was brought to a drastic change via the Seven Hour War and the subsequent Combine occupation of Earth, Dylan found herself, like several others, being whisked away from her homeland and being relocated into ex-Soviet bloc states in Eastern Europe. After spending a year in one of the Combine's cities, she quickly developed an hatred for everything the Combine was.
She quickly managed to escape the confines of the City she was in, and with no other options, joined a remote Lambda outpost. They assigned her as a "medic", back when med-kits were a dime a dozen, and being a medic just meant carrying them around. Throughout the uprising brought on by City 17's destruction, and onto current day, she remained in her position as a medic, although with dwindling supplies of pre-war med-kits, she had to learn proper first aid and medical treatment, mostly by reading handbooks from old-world militaries.
Now, at her newly appointed position of Chief Medical Officer of the local Lambda group, Dylan finds herself mostly surrounded by younger soldiers, and beginning to entertain the idea of some sort of 'retirement', if such a thing could be permitted. However, in the mean time she figures her best choice of action is to continue serving Lambda like she has been for years, and to train and teach the younger generation. Possibly finding someone to replace her in the process.
